This Privacy Policy describes how the developer ("we", "us") handles information in connection with the smartphone application we provide (the "App").

- To respond to conduct that violates the App's terms or applicable law
- To notify users of changes to, suspension of, or termination of the App

- For the provision, maintenance, protection, and improvement of the App in general

Disclosure to Third Parties

Among the information obtained from users, we will not provide personal data (as defined under Japan's Act on the Protection of Personal Information) to third parties (including those located outside Japan) without the user's prior consent, except in the following cases:
- Where we outsource the handling of personal data to an external party
- Where the App is acquired by another entity
- Where disclosure to a third party is otherwise permitted by law

Advertising

The App uses Unity Ads, provided by Unity Technologies, as its advertising partner.
In serving ads, we may use device information such as the advertising identifier and may show personalized ads based on the user's interests.

You can disable personalized advertising from your device settings:
- iOS: Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking, and turn off tracking permission for this App.

You can also manage your advertising consent choices, and switch on the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" option described below, from within the App itself (Settings > Privacy).

Analytics Tool

The App uses Firebase Analytics, provided by Google, to understand and improve usage of the App.
This tool uses technologies such as cookies to collect traffic data; the data collected does not include your name, address, email address, or phone number.

Your Rights and Choices for Users in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, the General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR") and equivalent UK/Swiss law may apply to our processing of your personal data. Where required, we obtain your consent to the use of advertising identifiers and personalized advertising through a consent form presented on first use of the App (provided via Google's User Messaging Platform). You can change your choice at any time from within the App (Settings > Privacy > "Manage ad consent settings").

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to: request access to the personal data we hold about you; request correction or erasure of that data; request that we restrict or object to certain processing; and request data portability. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority. Your Rights and Choices for California and Other U.S. State Residents (CCPA and similar state laws)

If you are a resident of California or another U.S. state with a comparable privacy law, you have the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information (as those terms are defined under such laws, which in the context of this App relates to the use of advertising identifiers for interest-based advertising). You can exercise this right at any time from within the App (Settings > Privacy > "Do not sell or share my personal information"). Depending on applicable law, you may also have the right to request access to, deletion of, or correction of your personal information, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising your privacy rights. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us using the email address below so that we can take appropriate action.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may revise this Privacy Policy as necessary. In such cases, we will announce or notify users of the effective date and content of the revised policy by an appropriate method.
